I find it curious, why cant you guys just take it tat the director has been "hinting" you guys before Q results, instead of blaming him that he is running first. Wait a minute, he is still the fking major shareholders in the company and you guys are bloody not!!! Who is running now, him or you?

Warrant price >mother share.... honestly it is not overestimated... that is because with warrant low price, at same amount you can buy more currently (not including exercise price), thus the premium... however its value usually decrease when near exp date as most just lazy or have no money to exercise it, so less buyer and more seller.

Haha given the drop, mz b some insiders know q results hav drop, but I do not think it is to a point of being negative... SGD is doing well and USD drop is even better as their import is USD. GST might impact a little but that is the same for others... all in all a good company to invest long term--- will wait for the right price, cheers now that we can buy more!!!

Does tat serves as an incentives for them to work harder for the company?

Short term price fluctuation is not closely related to the business, there are plenty of speculators/ investors that could affect pricing.

To my limited knowledge-
1) They exporting heavily to Singapore, taking in SGD, so SGD strength is in TS favor, huge favor. 2) However they importing Corn in USD, and so what they earn in SGD will have to put back to invest in USD for corn.
3) Corn and most of the commodities are pretty low, say palm, soybean and even crude oil now. Which explains why they margin increased tremendously for the past 1-2 years.
4) More farms- more volume and thus more sales by Teoseng.
5) Who actually ever see Teoseng egg on shelf for sale in Msia? I dun ever see it because they don't retail it locally (if not mistaken), they sell to big company/ manufacturer like Munchy, which means just consistent sales, less fluctuation.
6) TS shares heavily owned by shareholders, which is the reason they always give goodies, bcz they are rewarding themselves.
7) According to some news I read back then in The Stars (or other paper), TS should increase div paid to about 30-40% of profit.

This is not gonna be an exciting stocks (and you have serious problem if you ever think this stock will), but this should be a better than FD stocks, with decent growth over next 2-3 years and having good dividend policy. Just need to pay the price you deem fair.

Teoseng farms are mostly in Yong Peng, but honestly I think all is in YP la. Another aspect, TS rarely sell to local retails, one of their main customer is Munchy. Do you think Munchy will stop taking eggs because H1N1 arise? Not unless it is TS farm tat got infected; which no evidence suggested that yet.
