Seacera revenue from tile manufacturing increased more than 45% last quarter. they got 32acre land at kamunting perak for tile manufacturing... I think they still can do expansion in the land in the near future...

Seacera own 60% of SPAZ. SPAZ currently have rm320mil job in hand including MAHB contract 157mil just started in April. MAHB project will be completed in 2017. So in three years, Seacera can get revenue 30mil every year from contrution. At the same time increase demand for its own tile.

Resort and hospital in Melaka... when we wanna develop hospital and resort, of course we need tile... at the same time, seacera earn profit from property development... tile manufacturing and contruction and property development are related each other... Hopefully in the future seacera involve in cement business.

if we win WM project then rm2bil will be for seacera. the job have to be completed 2017. let say they start 2015. that is mean every year will be 500mil for seacera.

last year revenue is just 60mil.. this year maybe higher because they secured MAHB job...


I just put 80mil revenue for this year. So from 80 mil revenue to 500mil revenue. with revenue 500mil what will be TP for seacera? my TP is rm 5. Dont forget SPAZ will involve in this project. Seacera own 60% share in SPAZ...
