PE ratio at 10 now. Next 2 quarter result still can further drag down the PE ratio as last year next 2 quarter result is bad

my opinion: not the best result but
1) All segment have been turn into profit. This send a good signal that the management is in the restructuring plan.(I mean quarter by quarter)
2) Included 2.5mil of provision of inventories and provision of. If this included the result will be near to 3sen.

the share movement tested your confident on ancom. i have bought at 0.7x and sell at 1.05. then buy again at 0.93 to 0.78. currently still holding the share and will foresee a good result. let see how the result.

Disposal of wholly owned subsidiary of Unreserved Sdn. Bhd.will have a positive impact on the balances sheet of the company.

As the subsidiary have a net liabilities (Share capital of RM2,500,000 and accumulated losses of Unreserved was RM7,125,886) of (RM4,625,886). With the disposal of tis subsidiary, the net assets position of the company will increase. Somemore, they will have RM50,000 profit. Also, it will reduce the loss of the company.

Hence the disposal will have a positive impact in term of:

1) Balance sheet- net assets increase, account become more cleaner as accumulated losses reduced. Ability to pay dividend also increase.

2) Income statement - Profit will increase by $50,000 from the disposal. Long term profit also will increase due to the Unreserved Sdn Bhd will not drag down the company profit anymore.
