Reference is made to the announcement dated 9 July 2012 in relation to the above. On behalf of the Board of Directors of CSL, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had, vide its letter dated 23 July 2012, approved the followings:



(i) Admission to the Official List and the listing and quotation of 596,295,388 Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants; and



(ii) The listing of 596,295,388 new ordinary shares of SGD0.001 each to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Warrants.



The abovesaid approval is subject to the following conditions:



(i) CSL and M&A Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants;



(ii) CSL and M&A Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants;



(iii) CSL to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants is completed;
