Well, my opinion is, if the Buzachi Neft is real and able to produce as stated in the circular, shareholders are lucky bcoz purchase price was revised lower due to the fall of oil price to USD50/barrel. i6969, I think with current Sumatec scenario, no matter how good the potential 'oil reserves' stated in the circular, their financial standing (balance sheet) is relatively weak to undertake such a large project and acquisition. Public shareholders $ is very crucial, however, no goreng at this moment seems to appear pessimism to me. Is he out of cash???
