Glove rally started with strong case as there is existing product, there is existing production capacity and it is supported by already existing demand and huge demand ramp up due to pandemic escalation.

With Pharma Rally, there is a weak case because we are hanging on non-existence product, non-existence production capacity (of vaccine), hanging on trial results and tonnes of hope.

2.1B contract sentiment already weakening day-by-day with significant further price drop and this is signalling continuing down side. Additionally, ESOS announcement is expected to contribute negatively even many regarded it as negligible.

That's why i have nothing against pharma rally. When vaccine is available, it is a win-win situation including glove which already profitable without covid issue.

glove rally case is not one-to-one with pharma rally case because when vaccine made available it opens up the floodgate to other counters. So, money is not going to be concentrated at only few counters as of today. With that in mind, highly probable it wont catch up as high as glove rally.
