吉隆坡27日讯）世霸动力（SERBADK,5279,主板能源组）法定审计“有些问题”，正展开独立的“特别调查”，分析员纷纷建议趋避此股，其中一位更将评级连砍两级。
世霸动力周四早上9时起暂停交易，等候进一步公布。该股暂停交易前，报1令吉61仙。周三为卫塞节公共假期无交易。
外部稽查公司毕马威（KPMG)发现世霸动力法定审计有些问题，该集团正委任独立公司展开特别调查，以评估事件的真伪与准确度。
本月初，世霸动力突把财政年，从2020年12月杪，修改至2021年6月杪截止。
基于全球行管令乃至大马的行管令的实施，该公司无法及时完成经稽查的财报。
由于外部稽查发现世霸动力营运程序有些问题。世霸动力因而委任独立机构（另一家稽查公司）对该事件进行特别检讨。
分析员提出的最佳情况，即外部稽查对此后的独立特别调查，乃至管理层的遵循程度表满意，并且签准和放行2021年6月杪截止的财报。
最糟情况则是，多家稽查发现任何不轨，并公布稽查结果。
肯纳格研究将评级连降二级，从“超越大市”降至“落后大市”，目标价也调低至95仙。该行认为，出现这样的局面将对已公布财报形成波动，因此投资者最好趋避世霸动力，等候该事件进展的进一步公布。
另外，达证券从管理层得知，管理层未接获任何有关欺骗、贿赂、失信等报告，并重申在商业营运未有任何错误行为。
世霸动力预期在今年6月杪公布其季度财报，今年9月公布经稽查2020财政年财报，10月公布年报。
达证券认为此时投资者或对世霸动力的企业监管与财政廉正有疑虑，惟仍需等候进一步详情。
达证券从“买进”看低一线至“持有”，目标价从2令吉10仙调低至1令吉70仙。
