PE is just a ratio, and a company performance will eventually revert to its historical performance, more or less maintain its average PE. Investing is all about maximize return while minimize risk. Why put so much money into a risky stock while not so much "meat" left? There are 970++ stocks in Bursa. But it's just me, feel free to do whatever you feel happy, after all it's all your money. PE too high, too risky. Vitrox past 10 years historical PE, take out out-lier 2009, ranging from 7.4 to 16.5. Based on current EPS, give it the max historical PE 16.5, should only worth RM4.84. Assuming it could grow QoQ 20% next quarter, with an EPS 34.69 cents and PE 16.5, should only worth RM5.72. So I would not buy anything above RM6.

The volume on 7 and 8 Feb is extremely high. Only 2 possibilities: 1. the QR is good, those insiders are collecting; 2: Operator done collecting enough free float from 0.65, now all the way pump up. Personally, no matter which case is it, I am waiting above RM1.x to sell. This stock is too roller coaster for my appetite.

My return for Stock Picks 2016 is -3.78% and I am interested to OTB free subscription service. My 2016 candidates were chose based on ROE and DE, which was trying to mimic Warren Buffett style, and turns out it did not really work in the 1 year timeframe. Hence I believe there is a better strategy to get a decent return within a relatively short timeframe, such as 1 year. As far as I know, OTB strategy is "TA first, FA second", which has proven its effectiveness for consequent few years. So, I would like to learn about this strategy in order to improve my investing skill.

KYY winning stocks mainly are picked by OTB, and some are almost the same as Cold Eyes. OTB is his remisier and both Cold Eyes and him lives in Ipoh, so maybe he just blows water with Cold Eyes during one random afternoon and ask his sifu what to buy. He is like a super rich old man, but fail in picking stock, so just buy whatever these two buy and brag how successful he is. No wonder right after Cold Eyes said he had sold Gadang at RM3, he directly posted a sell call.

Thanks Coldrisks. I bought some at 0.275 yesterday, never expected it fell to 0.255. Anyway, I believe this coming QR won't be ugly since it's the last QR to get a ticket out from PN17.
