Even with divorce and new marriage not so easy. Property market is weak and IW City financial is weak. By the time property market recover might be IW City bankrupt already because no income and must pay huge interest.

IWH needs to divorce from China Rail and then marry China Wanda..... to continue with Bandar Malaysia as master developer. Still got time as there are no takers for master developer so far...
