A group of people who has agenda on MAS. They are the taking the opportunity over MAS. They are using a few brokers to depress the stock price. When situation arise to make profit, they will push up and sell for a profit. But overall the stock price is always depressed. May be they are bargaining or in discussion wth the gov to restructure Mas or take over Mas.

yesterday major airlines in Europe up 2 to 2.7% after the major powers reach agreement with Iran, even though they know the supply of oil fr Iran with take a few months more to materialize. This morning the syndiket try to press down to scare potential buyers of MAS. But it last less than 5 minit, they quickly grab all the sellers at 31.5 sen. they are doing short covering of MAS. Most airlines are singing the tune of easing oil price, what are MAS waiting for? If not of the act of the syndiket, MAS would be trading up 10% already.

Crude oil is underpressure in the short term, it is bearish in the long term. For a company which is difficult to cut cost especially the staff cost, we hope the cost of fuel can come down hard so that MAS can be profitable. We have to bet the fuel price, because steps or changes hv been made by the management, the single most important cost which is vey hard to manage but if managed well is going to safe MAS a lot of money. In fact this variable (jet fuel price) is one of my reasons in investing MAS. The most important one.

crude oil price falling, expected to go lower in the future. Iran may supply another 1 million barrel a day in the future, currently exporting 1.5 million barrel a day. Very positive for airline company like Mas. Fuel cost constitute about 33 % of Mas cost. For a company that is aggresively expanding capacity, it is one of the best news for AJ.

Knowing MAS already overstaffed, the staff cost did not increase significantly in the latest 3Q results, I guess the management know about this, they expand their capacity and fight for market share, so that with the existing work force, make them work harder, seems like a good idea. But the union already making noise, saying too tough the work schedule, very difficult to recover to catch the next flight. Which is true also, we are human not robot. But MAS is bleeding, so pls bear with it, diam diamlah union. THe A and P bills are scary, MAS spend like nobody business to advertise and promote their expanded capacity, I wonder how they can spend so much while the co is not making money yet, it seems no one really look into the calculations carefully. Or someone has pocketed fr this spending? Apparently, the crews who carry MAS image, who is in the frontline should be treated well, so that they can serve better, smile sweeter to generate better repeat sales for MAS. A lot of aspect of cost can be cut and by focusing on other area of business which can generate profits, MAS should be able to show good results and MAS shares continue to appreciate its value, everyone can benefit fr investing in MAS shares. See you at 40 sen in the next 3 month.

hope MAS will do restructuring, split out the MRO business portion, let someone manage it to profitiblity. AS so many air crafts bought and use by the full service and low cost carriers, this business section can be big, and it is growing. If you can not make money in sell air tickets, better spend sometime doing repair, service, overhaul and maintenance for other airlines

The volume generated hit 700 million, they hv churned out hugh vol to unload, fr here it retraced to 31 sen, then consolidated upward to 35 sen again, then in order to lockin some profit, it managed to push to 36.5 sen to unload again, then they started to to accumulate heavily again at 34 sen, they even block the MAS sharesfr going higher, they were selling and buying at 34.5 level, betting on the 3rd Q result, but unfortunately the result was bad, they are taking the opportunityto sell down, taking short position again. They push dowd to collect to bring downtheir average price, in the meantime the traders who are unable to hold will be buried by them. Since the right issue until now, for a period of 5 month fr jun 13 until nov 20 ,i believe their aver price will be 33 to 34 sen. This work out to be around 73 sen cum right price, which is still 30% cheaper before the massive right issue. Is the current price 31.5 sen good buying price for MAS? you judge your selves!!!

Before Mas announced 3rd Q results, we saw heavy accumulation of MAS shares at 34 sen, support at 33.5 sen, with the expected better result it gained support up to 34.5 sen. The latest result saw improved revenue growth but the higher depreciation and amortization cost and the unfavourable exchange rate caused Mas to deliver bigger loss. Operation of MAS is positive, changes is impending and it can perform better in future. Fuel price is coming down, it is positive to MAS.This latest set of result again provide a opportunity to the big boys to accumulate at lower price. But if you notice carefully, the stock price is only down 1 sen from the support level of 33.5 sen. why is it so? Isn't MAS has drop to its minimum value already? whenever situation allow the big boys to take advantage arise, they will exploit small timer like me. How to win this game?

MAS closed high today at 35 sen. The last two day they pressed it down to 33.5 sen and 34 sen. But today they go against the odd by closing higher, they are telling us they want it to trade higher, confidence is slowly coming back. Mas was trading fr rm1 to rm1.1 before the announcement of right issue, now right issue completed, it has raised rm3 billion cash, the risk of going under has diminished, now it can stand tall and grab market share. In order to buy big quantity of shares, and not causing alarm to the other buyers or investor, they would hv to sell down again, creating a false signal that the stock is very heavy to move. But if notice carefully, it would not go down to 31 sen like before. Fr 31 to 40 sen, then it drop to 31.5sen level, resume its climb to 37 level, then again to 33.5 to 34 level, now it is climbing again at 35 sen

At 35 sen Mas is trading at 83 sen cum right price, it should trade at 38 to 40 sen which work out to be rm 1 before Mas call for right issue. It is this massive right issue that technically caused the stock price to plummet to 31 to 33 level, giving chance to the big boy to accumulate cheaply. The recent drop of crude oil price due to easing of tension in Iran and Syria provide a good reason for airlines stock to perform. The last 12 trading session saw the big boys depresiing Mas stock to 33.5 to 34 sen level, and accumulating in a big way. Mas is expanding its capacity and grabbing bigger market share at the right time. With the jet fuel price falling and in the near future could be even bigger quantum, MAS definitely does not deserve to trade at this level (35 sen).

L n G has gained a lot of value over the past few years, both the revenue and profit and NTA has improved significantly, and the big boss has seen value and is busy accumulating its shares through the latest Iculs issued. Mayland has team up wth L n G in a few property ventures. WHen the big boss sees L n G is financially sound, he tried to sell a 70+ million office building with the purpose of increasing its holding over L n G. He is killing 2 bird with 1 stone, as Mr Cytew said brilliant idea fr this Hong Kee. The MD of L n G, Mr Low has sung the same tune with his boss by saying L n G wants to buy some investment property to boost their income. Do they really need that? May be, I guess, but i believe it is more to help the big boss undertake or absorb some risk in their own private property venture in Putra Jaya. I sincerely hope after the big boss purpose has been achieved, mr Low can propose to the board to offer some dividen to minor shareholders like us. If dividen is consisitent pay by L n G, we do not need to trade L n G so often, and it will improve its image as a dividen paying stock, thus lifting the stock price for the benefit of all.

In my opinion, the Iculs should trade at least on par or premium to the mother. Reason being it command lower capital to hv exposure to the mother share, it is like warrant but this iculs pay interest as well 1%. If you hold warrant you don't get interest, no body pay you. If you think L & G has potential and is undervalue, just buy more Iculs and hold it on. Be patient and relax

Buying MAS to trade or to invest needs extra will power and patience. The big boy is using the psycology of threat to collect massive MAS stocks at dirt cheap price, a discount of 20 to 30 percent of what MAS shares are worth. Despite the improving all round operation results, better market sentiment compare to before election and improving retail participations in MAS, MAS still fail to take off. It is almost 2 months since MAS right issue shares are trading in bursa (5/6/13). May be they needs another 3 to 4 months to collect MAS shares while waiting for the bottomline to reflect in the financial report before we see MAS trading to 40 sen level again. In order to win this game, you hv to sit on it until it bears fruits.

MAS need to raised 3 billion, at that time it was trading 70 to 75 sen. if you call a right issue for 3 billion, wth a ratio of 1 for 1 at 96 sen, it would be ridiculous. So they restructure it to 4 to 1 at 23 sen to make it cheaper and encourage new investor to come in to take up the rights. The number of shares has sky rocket to 16 billion. But the most important thing is MAs can turn around. Then they can consolidate their shares, may be 10 to 1 and reduce the no of shares outstanding to 1.6 billion. Then MAs would be trading like rm5 again.

Whenever I open my mouth sharing with people about opportunity investing in MAS in coffee shops, investment seminar, internet forums, I will be poured cold water or being scolded. But deep in my heart I feel this is golden opportunity to BUY MAS. SImple logic will give you an answer yes it is correct move to buy.
The reason when everyone says negative about MAS, MAS shares must be at very low level. WHen everyone has no confidence in MAS shares, It must be trading at low level. Some one try to depress MAS price today at the close, from 4.15 pm onwards MAS suddenly saw big sell orders at 31 sen. But there is only one broker selling heavily at 31 sen. When buyer came to clear say 50 lot(50,000 shares), they will hit back at 30.5 wth 500 lot (500,000 shares) to deter potential buyer at 31 sen. I guess there is big institutional order to sell today. And the big boy trying to absorb this sell order at 30.5 sen at the close. You can see there is 4 million order matched at 30.5 sen at the close. after this big order there is a mere 2.2k wanted to sell at 30.5 sen. there is about 200k being forced sell at 30.5 a few minute before the preclosing. All this are telling us there is very few selling at 30.5 from the small retailers. Infact MAs has been trading at 31 and 31.5 sen for the last 10 days, it has show resilient despite the escalating oil price. The market seems to welcome the changes and expansion by MAS. Please be patience wth MAS, any weakness of share price is good opportunity to accumulate. The upcoming financial results would serve as a good spark for the MAS to fly higher. Do not miss the opportunity to make some money investing in MAS.

Sometime it is very difficult seeing the stocks you hold are in the money,we are eager to sell, the moment you sell , you realised the profit. But after you sold the price keep going up, we ended up seeing it rises but we hv run out of stocks. To ride the uptrend to benefit the max really need a lot of brain work. MAS has made big progress in reducing the loss in 200
11 fr rm2.5 billion to rm 475 million in 2012. It is going to suffer loss in 2013 and will likely turn to profitable in late 2014. The management under Ahmad Jauhari has promised 3 years to turn around the company, now things are looking good for MAS if the biggest operating cost jet fuel is coming down now. THey hv done what needs to be done like improving efficiency, cutting unprofitable routes, increase load factor, invest in new airplanes. And most important is the successful rm3.1 bilion right issue implemented recently. They are now sitting on a comfortable footing to growth the company. Everyone is talking about the biggest cost for aviation industry, that is the fuel cost, this single biggest component of cost if it is not escalating, but look set to softening will make the airlines business improve their margin significantly.
Let study today trading on MAS, It opened at 30.5 sen with 2.78 million shares done. It was holding very well at 30 sen till 3.00pm, despite the weak market sentiment. I believe the somebody are taking opportunity to sell down to 30 sen by forcing the contra player to sell to 29.5 sen. This selling is not heavy at all. From 4.40 to 4.44pm there were 2.35 million shares done on 30 sen, a clear sign some one is taking opportunity to buy back or accumulate at 30 sen just before the pre closing set in. at 4.50pm they try to close it at 29.5 sen so that their buying will not be obvious. Let me emphasize again at 29.5 sen, the cum price of MAS is only 55.5sen, at 30sen, its cum price is only 58sen. My dear friends, who want to sell MAS at 55sen and 58sen? If you hv bought MAS at rm1 before the right issue, and after taking up the right issue at 23 sen, 4x23=92 sen
yr average cost per lot is (rm1 + rm0.92)/5 = 38.4 sen, if you sell at 30 sen , you suffer 28% loss. would you sell at current price? Well for those for hv not participated in the right issue, if you are buying now at 30 sen, you are buying at a 28% discount. Pls tell me worth it or not?

Jet fuel price falling, QE tapering, commodity prices weaken, supply of oil icreasing, US will become oil exported by 2020. China economy slowing. All this are pointing to lower oil prices. This would be extremely positive to airline stocks world wide. Since 2006 oil prices hv shot up 56%, the foreseeable weak oil price would boost airlines operator profit margin significantly, as it make up of 37% of cost to full service carrier like MAS. The upside potential for MAS will be huge, let see if MAS can trade at higher price!
