Dalam satu kenyataan kepada Bursa Malaysia Rabu, kumpulan itu berkata anugerah itu, meraih oleh unit Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd adalah bagi pelaksanaan cadangan dan penyelesaian dua blok kondominium (MK22) di Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

Ia berkata kontrak itu dijangka siap pada 2 Ogos 2017 dan menyumbang secara positif kepada pendapatan kumpulan.
