The significance of 23.5cents is nothing great. After the great fall, if really there is nothing inthis stock, it would have faded.But guys, did you all notice that it is improving in an oderly way? Which to my sense is that the owners of the company have not let it go but still serious to to enhance the value of the company. They cannoy do it in hasty way as we have already got one UMA.
So guys, take your time, sit and relax to intially see the inching up day by day till the real show to start.

Btw Dell888, there is nothing new. Time is the factor here for Vivo to move up. Market condition does not favor big buyers to come. The more they buy, more sellers will que and finallyprice wont go up for the money spent.
