~~ yes ... at their statement i also noted on this matter.... a lot ppl and developers are protesting this matter and it is not justified to cost into the buyer...

exmaple : maybe in purchase of the raw mat will incur 6% and once constructed to houses or building the 6% will kasi balik to the suppliers.... this is my view only i assume they are discussing on it. GST also got taruk 2 sector Input / Output so this is wat they will discuss on it.... bill dulu nanti kasi balik...

motomoto rapid... ifca only provides basic package.. however the above checklist is required for developers yes or no? since raw mat for residential will be exempted and there would be mix supplies which fall under the category..


so the above package is only for advance option which ifca does not offer... please please someone enlighten and not clouded

now all the package is basic but please take note that some few terms is still under consideration and is not yet decide. so for your answer on raw mat on construction is not yet finalize and also shipping terms partially also not yet finalize....... only basic consumers terms are confirm....

if you dun belive.... lu boleh pigi tanya orang(top top orang)... and i gaureentee talak orang can give you 100% answer....

IF all the terms are finalize and is only a add on version or update version to the software... so IFCA is only provide the software to ppl then IFCA can update or add on the version mar.....
