I believe its not about the stock is no good or someone condemn the stock to go further down..
overall the market now is still bearish.. (including US, Europe, Asia, except China)

in Malaysia we cant short sell legally (except for some institutions I heard),
otherwise we will be profiting a lot even during bearish /down turn (if we can short sell)..
our hope is to buy our favourite stocks like IFCA or others (buy on weakness) during this time
so that during bullish time we can have a "premium profit"..
Even then, we also do not know how low is low to buy & keep & how long have to wait before the market go bullish.. hence we have to rely on whatever past & present information (charts, articles, news, etc.) that we have.. P/S: trade with caution and at own risk..

last support was at 1.31.. so there is still 7-8 sen margin for the syndicates to play down the price..

when operators see that no one is willing to sell at low prices, they can do 2 things:-

1) Either they buy all the way up to increase the prices and then sell it for profits;
2) They sacrifice (some of their profits) and force sell some of their shares at lower prices to buy at low prices & then push up the prices again..

its all about supply & demand in order to make profit..
