They are syndicates luring people to chase high, they dont like people to oppose them. They move here and there, not long ago they were here, and now has gone to Supermx forum.

No offence, but by looking how those voice out price warning comments be treated here, I smell fishy already.

I yet to calculate the reasonable value for the put warrant. But by looking at the premium 98.1%, then I know is best to avoid at all cost.

Unless the market willing to pay PE80 and above, or the share price stop increasing from tomorrow, else I see the risks is very high. Just my 2 cents.

I assume the calculation is correct and lets assume thr margin increases to 30%, so nett profit is RM128Mil or 8.5 times higher than 2019 4Q or EPS 9.77

This is gross or nett profit in your prediction ? And how the figure can support to your RM15, RM18 and RM23 target price ?

What if Supermx is good enough to make 400% higher EPS or 4.6 cents, which is already very good result in my opinion.

Then 1.89 + 2.31 + 5.42 + 4.6 = EPS14.22

14.22 x 60 = RM8.53

Just my brief calculation

Current Supermx PE is 154

Last 4th quater in 2019 EPS was 1.15 cent, then the coming 4th quater must grab 16 cents, only can make the PE back to 60 to support today share price.

1.89 + 2.31 + 5.42 + 16 = 25.8

EPS 25.8 x PE 60 = RM15.48

Meaning the coming EPS must be 1140% or 11 times qoq higher.

Is it possible ?

I believe the sellof has been due to private placement.

Think, what if the coming QR in June shows another under expectation earnings (50% labour in Movement Control)

So, it is not wise not to take that into considerstion and buy at the price so high PE, just because of the belief that the demand for gloves is very high.

There is nothing blocking the price. But nothing to boost up the price, only greater fools to rush in.

You are exposed to huge risks in this case, where the reasons to sell off are greater then to buy. Super QE already passed, and this is only what TG can get ?

There will be no more good news to boost up the market, only good qr. But the production cannot fully operate, not to mention the high PE42.

There are so much low PE good stocks now to pick, why gloves stocks ?

TG already PE42. Those who bought high must possess very high determination to hold the share, especially when price downturn.

Else, panic sale will worsen the price drop.

Fair value is very subjective, some risk taker willing to pay surplus because he thinks is worth the wait. Some conservative people only to pay 80% of the fair price he thinks to be safe.

Fair value does not conclude market price.

While many other good stocks are only single digit PE, I really wonder why to pursue a good stock with so high PE.

In my opinion, the only big player behind gloves stock are operators. If no other to push with the operators, the share price cant move far.

Now I guess the market is panic, they don care how good.a company can make money already. In this condition, cash out to play safe is common.

You see so many good company make very good profit also cannot escape from share price fall.

Ahbah, if shortage of glove, how can you expect profit increase a lot more ? The supply cannot increase a lot overnight, so even there is business you also cannot eat all.

Now the factory production is 85%, most is to open 100% in short time. So you see, there is a limit for the profit.
