Why some people are hard to understand..yes duopharma was appointed as a local distributor...but ucrest is not a distributor...it is not a manufacturer of any kind of vaccine too...rdif just has put its job to FIND and MANAGE the sputnik MANUFACTURERS.... so yes ucrest has already found two manufacturers in China and it has inked contracts with those two manufacturers to produce sputnik for rdif...russian facilities is not enough to produce the vaccine for the whole world so it will try to outsource the production (this will make the vaccine cheaper too due to lower cost of transportation, and faster delivery)...beside ucrest i believe rdif also has appointed other agent to find other potential manufacturers in other region like europe or america...for the east it was given to ucrest.... so PLEASE STOP THIS "UCREST IS THE MANUFACTURER OR DISTRIBUTOR" DEBATE
