In fact many local ibs hv raised their targets for tg as i saw,cimb cgs n rhb both well above 80 sen frm 50 plus sen.Anyway locals are always late to the party.When jpmorgan first revised downwards tg to RM 6,locals were still sleeping n hv targets well above RM8.
