phoebe520, 炒上去 only sell also can make profit, not necessarily to convert to mother share... some scenarios, holders may convert to increase % stake to control, not to make money...

Usually the price of a warrant will be higher than mother share..
Time value (how long to expiry) and volatility are usually the main contributor to the premium (for frying warrant)..
