KWSP needs to make from capital gain and not just from dividend. Hence, they are accumulating now at low price to wait for the next round bullish in Jan or Feb next year.

M40 group & above may not want to wait for the free vaccine from govt as they may have to wait longer time coz priority will be given to the front liners and poor people. The rich people will want to get immunisation fast thru private clinics. Does that make sense?

Good fundamental stock for value investment.
PE around 10, ROE above 15% and Dividend Yield of more than 3% better than put in Bank FD. Furthermore its current price of RM1.61 is low compare to its intrinsic value of RM2.74. I think it is worth buying at around RM1.61, any sifu here can advise? EPF is buying in too.
