For lesser risk I suggest buy DPS-WB with 10 years expiry. Now at 6.5 sen is worth to keep for your child further education expenses. In 10 years, DPS might be above 50 sen and DPS-WB will be at least 40 sen. Rather than you put in FDs which is earning peanuts.

Oil is tanking below USD30 due to a lifting of sanction on Iran. So it is not wise hold because it might drop further. I rather sell and buy back later when oil resume its uptrend. When?

1. When Opec decides to reduce production to bring up the oil price.
2. When China economy strong and consume more oil.
3. When US Shale production close down due to high production cost and low oil price.
4. When there is disruption oil supply due to middle east conflicts.

Other than the above reasons, I just stay out from oil and gas.

I have witnessed DPS rallied from 10.5 sen to 14 sen on Jan 8 2014. Today we closed at 11.5 sen.
So I hope we can rally to at least 15 sen tomorrow when the pre-CNY rally is back in Malaysia. Who don't want ang pow you tell me?? hahaha...

Relax. Insurance is just the appetizer. More projects coming. This stock should be at least above 20 sen. Only those with strong holding power will be rewarded.
