We refer to the announcements made on 29 September 2014, 29 October 2014, 25 June 2015, 26
October 2015 and 5 November 2015 in relation to the Material Litigation ("Announcement"). Unless
otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
The Board of Directors of DPS wishes to announce the following update to the Material Litigation.
On 26 November 2015, the matter had come up for hearing before a newly appointed panel and as the submissions were lengthy, the parties were unable to complete submissions and a new date for
continued submissions had been given, namely 15 January 2016, which was the earliest date as the courts are on vacation in the month of December 2015.
The solicitors acting for SSB are of the opinion that, based on the numerous rulings made by the
Court on admission of documents and the testimonies of witnesses and experts from SSB and MSIG, SSB has a reasonably fair chance of success in dismissing MSIG's appeal against the Judgment.

This announcement is dated 30 November 2015.

This is profit taking....the run started from 37 sen. So it is a huge profit taking...people tend to grab their profit. So let it settles down first. Sell and take profit. Can buy back later. Fundamentally still strong. No worries.

2nd half...90 sen coming...

Friday's whole day volume is 83 million and today half day already touched 93 million. This showed bullishness. The volume is rising high...as the price go higher and higher breaking new historical highs. This stock got a big potential to break $1. Don't simply throw like this is Vsolar or Asiabio. Those are loss making. This is different. The fundamentals and strong earnings are the driver for the sharp rise. Don't compare a Ferrari with a Kancil even though both are cars, their quality is different.

You can see the volume itself is a big indicator that this stock is bullish. The sharp drop is due to the profit taking but buyers will be coming back for 2nd, 3rd round. Don't sell now or you will be caught when the price sky rocket again. The price is expected to break $1 soon.

I will hold until $1.20 when the 11 million insurance is paid. Hard to buy. When you collected, keep it. Sell and its hard to buy. Easy to profit take now after the sharp rise. But once sold, you will have a hard time chasing to buy again as we cross 90 sen and $1....later. Same like Friday, those sold at 54 sen suddenly get caught after it rise above 60 sen. Today hope it will close above 90 sen.

If you sold at 89 sen this is the best time to buy back at 85 sen for a 4 sen discount..

There is no sell signal yet....the sudden down is not really down trend but profit taking...more buyers are coming in to buy at the cheap price...It will rise back again...
