If uou go to SonaWA forum you feel like vomiting bcoz there is a member who will run down SonaWA each day without fail by making 4 to 5 or more negative and sarcastic comments. Very sad indeed. Hibiscus holds a 41% stake in HiRex Petroleum, a JV between Rex
International and Hibiscus Petroleum. The company has begun screening potential drilling locations in mature fields and exploration opportunities in Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar and the Philippines.

Hirex rights to employ Rex in Asia Pacific. Hibiscus controlling 41 % of Hirex. Triax a venture company willing to invest 15 % of Hirex for USD10 million showed the potential of Rex Tech, LOLL

Rex Technology very advance and high success rate of above 50 % compared to conventional of 15 %. That's why other oil companies such as North Energy of Norway and Bass of Australia has employed Rex Technology. In the case of North Energy the success rate was 85 %. Today all SPAC counter moved due to Hibiscus effect. Potential oil in Oman and contract to drill already awarded. Fair value of Hibiscus will be RM5.20 if oil successfully found.

I think the bigger news was that reported by The Star Newspaper in mid-august regarding the potential of oil in Oman and the contract have been awarded for the drilling. If oil is successfully found then the fair value of Hibiscus is RM5.20

Price now RM1.96 Downside risk 1.96/1.20 = 63% and upside potential if strike oil 5.20/1.96 = 265% TP reported by The Star Newspaper middle of last month.

Oil drilling in Oman starting in the middle of next month. Result should be out a month later, so if strike oil TP RM5.00 by Nov 2013, 2 months away....hehe

Mother RM0.91 + 0.25 = RM1.16
WA RM0.495 + 0.25 = RM0.745

Mother Share TP RM1.16 by Alliance Research.
WA sb around RM1.16 - 0.51 (exercise price) = RM0.65.
However, we need to give some discount for the WA since the maturity date is quite short 19/12/2014.
Therefore TP for WA pending any revision sb about RM0.62.
