RGM had revised downwards third quarter growth rate from 3% to 1.4%. This is a 53% drop from the earlier projection.

Hektar REIT announced its first acquisition of an educational asset, KYSM, for RM150 million. The acquisition of the private boarding school will increase Hektar REIT’s assets under management by 12.4% to RM1.36 billion from RM1.21 billion currently.

The PP is going to 35m , out of the total RM150 million. Dilution from the pp might not seems as much as you do, so I'm not worried about dilution if going for long term.

Good timing for Mercury Securities to stand out this time, so far rumor say IPO price is between 0.20-0.30. I think avid investors should take a look.
