strongly suggest serba do split IPO as holding company like Sime Group
because EPCC, M&O，ICT both have high revenue, like this only can truly bring out the value of the company

let take an example, you give me a 1Billion project
i can give you 50million commission guarantee
i can’t directly give you the commision, but i can sell you share 50million serba share at RM1, buy back your 50million share at RM2

but the problem is, if you throw your tender price extreme low, you will at a uncertain situation when project squeeze

person in the industry have told that Serba able to tender so many project is due to they throwing the price extremely low. but of cause serba can put so low price cuz he know how to do everything.

so average for now, at least PE15-18, which is fair when all the FA say 2.1x to 2.5x

the problem of serba is, should serba consider a construction or oil and gas category
i think FA still don’t know how to value Serba
hopefully one day serba can have PE30 due to it ICT segment,
if serba PE 30, easily top 30 market cap
