So Tek Seng TP 70sen, w 45sen, still a good buy now. Now PE only 10. If 70sen PE only 14 on 2014 EPS. If this year EPS jump 50%(forecast by MD Loh) to 7.5sen, at TP 70sen PE only 9.3 still cheap.
