It's depends how u value your company and how responsible is the management.i dont think the investors would like to see it go back to it's ipo price for pp.

Still krono for long term ? If the management always sacrifice the minority shareholders to please the new coming investors , diluting their share and pressing down the price, then u hv to think twice dy, unless the new investors can really bring super benefit to company .if not I really can't see the sincerity of this company to bring the company forward.

Aiya, these are shown in the company announcement.Date also let u know dy,, u can check yourself lo...ular or cicak or ...u judge yourself lo...number of shares voted against the proposal also written there, whether I'm ular or management ular u judge yourself lo. The money kena forfeited also in the annual report..

2019-12-21, the outcome of the meeting. Pls read and take note the number of shares who voted against the proposal. I was there and most of the retailers were shock with the the results. The management can just let the egm to turn down the proposal....And u believe we have retailer who hold such a big number of shares went there to vote against the proposal? The company down payment was forfeited and the management said it was because shareholders turn down the proposal in the egm.

Just check back how was the previous project which solution wanna invest and what is the egm result.Dont forget to take note the number of shares objected the project. This company management is really cunning one...

Ya... U think those taking the pp will decide the price first or wait until 2 wk later only decide. My point is, if the management agreed on the pp price which is way too low than the market price ( before they pressing down the price),we should take extra precautions

Not sure what price krono management agreed on. But, at this price, can see krono management doesn't care about the small shareholders.

This PP is not a small amount of money. Those taking up sure hv discussed with management regarding the price, the future and the plan. The company mapping how they grow the company is very important . The price will go sideway at the pp price which both parties hv agreed. So, don't hope for big move until everything has settled down.
