if LKH decided to buy 40% in IWH, the only way to raise such huge fund is by right issue or bond, if right issue, share dilute link mad, many will cut loss like mad, if Bond, no dilution BUT bond interest will be costly, eko quarter result will be very bad for next few yrs until it manage to spin off its highway to settle the outstanding bond ! Fasten your seat belt, massive sell down any time upon announcing of right issue. Take any opportunity to sell especially when it is green.

Some construction company may benefit but the project owner, which is IWH/ Eko/ Crec will suffer from heavy loss especially in early stage.
