Hi all, am totally new to SPACs. Can someone please tell me how does the liquidation process work? Once the liquidation of the company is through, investors will automatically get their money back without having to do anything? Is that how it works?

Hi all, I've got a very rookie question. I was just wondering how does one go about voting for the QA if I don't attend the EGM/appoint a proxy? Is there some sort of reply slip where I can cast my vote and mail it back?
