hi ccs999, cause CSL declared interim dividend not long ago,so by right after "interim", a "final" should be pretty much expected too

pray hard not to drop below 90sen T___T but one thing it should give final dividend post end of this year. Hopefully it's at least 6%

i understand the potential of the company...but no volume is moving...and i wonder how little transaction volumes at the moment can continue pressing down the price

tripley what makes u think that it's potential? for me the financial statements look health, i mean their profits are much bigger than other existing counters which their share price are much higher with smaller profits compared against CSL. But the market capitalisation for CSL is accordingly much larger as well, meaning more ppl sharing profit on CSL.

we all need to work together to stay strong to hold the shares until the bonus warrants are credited to our account in September.

The bonus warrants with an exercise price of RM1.10 and exercise period of 5 years is a good deal. However,i'm thinking people who bought at 1.03 above might tempted to throw by this time.

For the bonus warrants, let's keep strong, and wait for it to rise above RM1.30

Personally, the time to chip in more in order to benefit from the bonus warrants of 5 years exercise period with indicative price of RM1.10, with the current share price @ RM1.01 (closing @ Friday, and is believe at support level)is very attractive.

The warrants carry a fair value or RM0.23 or so.

The share price would jack up higher, should the shareholders who bought at a higher price did not throw out once slight up movement is seen. Therefore, a long recovery road is expected. Many shareholders would wanna escape from a China company shares, and has to wait for other investors to slowly chip in.

Therefore we need to pray that other people does not throw out once it shoots above RM1.10

HSBC is not a shareholder, the nominee (an individual corporate/shareholder) is the one who's shareholder.

As for china companies being known as manipulating account, i don't deny that china companies earned that general impression. i've seen many funny accounts too, audited by not famous chartered accountants. Grant Thornton Singapore is their auditor according to their published annual report. Grant Thornton is an international brand, i have faith in them, at least better than a an account audited by a small firm. But still, even an account audited by Big Four will still go faulty, so the risk is always there.

i dunno what is CA, CB & CC. what is the bonus warrants that they are gonna issue? How can we benefit from there should we are entitled for it? I've read the AGM minute details released @ 09.08.2012

bird_81, i've actually come to here quite often after i subscribed for
CSL's shares. and i've noticed you since long time ago.

And i'm here to tell you, i'm one of your comrade in this battle. I bought in when it was 1.35, then 1.20 then 1.05. And i'm still holding, and still waiting for its rebound.

I bought this counter believing in its healthy financial statements and i'ev also consulted some of the people who worked in banks whom have dealt with this company before, they said this company no issue and had alot of transactions for overseas export. This conforms with their statement saying that their market is round the globe and does not center only in china.

Moreover, there was a publication stated that they had intention to set up a plant in malaysia. and on 29 June 2012, they secured a contract with China government's mail posting division.

So....i'm still waiting it to rebound, before i enter counters like perisai energy and RHB capital
