please check. CC Puan said PP is solely for cloud business. Then Gp wil partnership with Tencent for cloud business. So we suspect this 20% PP is from Tencent.

tencent used to take up 20% shares of other companies, this new pp announcememt very near to signing contract date which is next week, so very likely its tencent. my own opinion only.

If next week 10% private placement is from Tencent, ....cannot imagine....

MOH approval really need time. For a medicine approval, it takes 2-3yrs from trial, clinical sturdy and register. Further more our MOH is very in details, so it's logic if K1 swab test approval still not yet out or already in pipeline waiting to be released.

Besides, even vaccine out also need time for the producers to mass production. Not today vaccine out then tomorrow you can get it. Still need to Q for vaccine.

For these waiting period at least another 6months, these period require Alot of swab test. Believe our government will not simply disapprove the swab test manufacturer, they need more our local manufacturers to support.
