Research done on Jentayu Sustainables Berhad ("JSB")

Looking at the price action, JSB closed above the resistance level 0.715 (Fibonacci 100%) yesterday.

This would mean the price action could trend higher, provided it stays above the previous resistance cum new support at 0.715. If it successfully stays above this level, it will be considered as a price breakout and a likely continuation to the next level of Fibonacci resistance at 0.89 or at least to the previous high of 0.84 (November 2021) before seeing some selling pressure.

At this level (0.84 - 0.89) there could be some selling activity as the current market should participants decide to take profit.

Although the above could happen, there is a possibility that the price could break through the resistance levels as the RSI above 70 point upwards therefore indicating that the buying momentum is very strong.

A continuation of such strong buying momentum will push the price higher.

The MACD, shows that the trend is going up as the positive divergence between the MACD and SIGNAL line is getting bigger. This means that the buying activity is stronger compared to selling.

Looking at the Monthly STOCHASTIC RSI, it is showing a continuation of bullish trend since June of 2022 when the price break above 0.40 and currently is still going strong as the price hovers above the 70 sen

In summary, the current price movement is very positive and if it manages to stay above the current immediate support of 0.715, there's a possibility of the price continue moving upward to its long-term target of 1.12 at the Fibonacci golden ratio of 1.618

I believe in JSB and its future with the Telekosang hydro plant already completed and commencing Commercial Operations soon. Plus waiting on more news on their proposed 170MW Oriole Power Projects. This has been approved by the Sabah State Govt

The Sabah State Government approves the proposed construction of the Hydro electric plants in Sungai Maligan and Sungai Padas (para 10 of the report). This is believed to be the projects by Oriole Power Sdn Bhd, wholly owned subsidiary of Jentayu.
