Such a sad vampire who thinks ill of every other thing. I bought 28.5 and sold all at 31 and 31.5 this morning, all within a week. Haha.....

Scorse, you get into stocks to make money ya, not to spread and spew negativity, only then you have a clear mind. But these two are wishing ill for other people.

I must thank water fish and vampire teo for shouting sell so that I could buy cheap at 28.5 sen. I made easily 30k when these two spent their time cursing non stop. Anger is poison that harms your own body.

SIL to benefit if regulatory action enforced

PETALING JAYA: A potential step-up by the government to tackle the illegal and “dirty” bunkering business which consists of about two thirds of the addressable market in Malaysia will directly benefit Straits Inter Logistics Bhd(SIL).

According to Maybank Investment Bank, SIL is one of the very few licensed bunker operators in a fragmented and unregulated environment in the country.

   

In its initiation report, the research house noted that the security aspects in Malaysian ports are questionable and weak.

“It is also exacerbated by the outdated regulatory system. The Shipping Act was last updated in 1952. This emboldens ‘unethical players’ into this ‘dirty’ segment. This loophole gives rise to the surge in unauthorised bunker deliveries by foreign-flagged bunker tankers in Malaysian waters,” it said.

“The bunker supply, notably from Singapore is ‘easily’ brought into Malaysia ports with no declaration made,” the research house added.

Maybank Investment Bank said that with this poorly regulated environment, the Government is at the losing end in terms of tax evasion and illegal practices that takes place.

Premised on this possibility that the government may finally do something about this and other factors including the rising upstream oil & gas activities in Malaysia and the structural changes to the bunkering business, the research house had rated SIL a buy with a target price of 38.5 sen.

The target price is a 40% upside to present prices.

Good price to buy now, the chart is ticking up on reversal.

I knew, he recommended last year @ 3.5sen. So, the right time has come for the ECRL play now. Very easy, if you see value, you buy la, if you don't, then don't buy la.
