I bought BJ because of batikman joined BJ n his background ....but batikman quit after 1 year. This guy likely too young , PNB 8 months, BJCorp 12 months. Batikman wasted this platform to proof his capability. (Or he not capable?)

Inefficiencies and antagonistic (non-synergistic) effects is compounded by the fact that it can no longer rely mainly on govt handouts and contracts. With 'Apa Nama' gone, perhaps another sugar daddy can change that :D

A conglomerate can often be an inefficient, jumbled affair. No matter how good the management team, its energies and resources will be split over numerous businesses, which may or may not be synergistic.
Text book answer? Not all conglomerates are created equal :D
