Netx has no mission, its survival depends on cashing out their waste papers to the public. They have lazy and lousy management who are just like Civil Servant hanging around the office doing nothing much and get pay every month. The mission and culture of the company will not change just bec they changed a Director. If the company has successfully taken Netx as a cow to milk from the public without having to do anything for 20 yrs, there is no reason for them to change and it is very difficult to change even if the director wants to do so.

This company should be left to die instead of allowing them to continue cheating the public. How many 20 yrs do we have, there is no excuses for them to be in such stage for so long.
