Each time the company will show fantastic result n good fundamentals to bait ppl.

Will announce fantastic project to lure ppl in.

After pump n dump.

At the end. Back to 2sen company again.

After few yrs, change name n the cycle start again.

History repeat itself again.

Since 2006 ipo till now. The comoany keep on doing pump n dump. By the same 3 brothers. Ppl just keep fall into the same trap again n again.

Inikalilah, What make u buy since 5c? 5c that times is only dead stocks. Is there any rumors or news that you may know ahead of us before it reach 7c? Your opinion is much appreciated.

New traders will only come in, IF n the only IF hv new rumours come out or the 100mil substantial shareholder reveal to public.
If not, i personally dun think the price will up much.
The crucial part, is the new 100mil new sh holder still in play? If yes, u may hold till he made announcement.
What if he is gone?
so, u need to make ur own decision.

Dato' Dennis Chuah disposed off Etitech share, I presume is normal, bcos he did so for the whole months in Feb2013.

Al Yousuf L.L.C ceased as substantial holder on 12June2013,
New substantial shareholder hv 7 days to inform Bursa (Latest 21june2013).

Price spike on 12 June from 0.07 to 0.11 with volume 180mil

Meaning the new substantial sh holder MAY use the 100mil shares to goreng till 0.11 n dump to retailer. (bcos he bought it at 0.07)

Imagine last 3 days volume is almost 600mil. The new substantial sh holder maybe already make money n clear off all his 100mil 0.07 shares.

He only need to inform Bursa by 21June2013, by that time, he inform bursa at the same time he is no longer substantial sh holder.

Then gameover.

If my assupmtion is correct, then Etitech is a very expensive lesson to me, bcos I bought it at 0.13 n still holding now.

Blame myself for not doing homework.

I am curious of the followings:

The comp is PN1, Al Yousuf L.L.C sold off 100mil shares.
Who is the buyer? Why buy PN1 comp?
Since the buyer bought 100mil share, don't he is required to inform bursa he is the new substantial shareholder by holding 15%? But till now, still no announcement.

Why only 1 director Dato' Dennis Chuah sold his shares?
What about other directors?
Why no disposal by other directors?

I dun understand.

I think if any experience guys familiar with corporate politic can answer question above, we may have a clue what will happen to the share price next week.

Unless someone inside hv insider news, even that is only 65% maybe, yes maybe correct.
Only the directors know.

Even the co fundamental is good. But the price rising like this in 1 hour when klci n regional market r red.
This is pure goreng.

once break support @0.105 big queue @0.095, once break support @0.095 big queue @0.085, Now a big queue @0.075 n 0.065. Do they want to press down the price n goreng it? The buy queue seems like very confident there will be seller at 0.075 n 0.065?
