if you still don't feel safe, i suggest dun try to risk buying losing counters like this one..there's always much more better ones to choose from...do your research 1st dun just jump here jump there..

unfortunately, sir, I do not have straight forward answer..that's share trading..it's people demand..but there is always ways to reduce the risk like average down your price..waiting period to flush out contras etc..as for right issue, i've experience minetec right shares practice last year and in fact you could actually make some money too..but must know right time to enter..so good luck, your money, your decision, sir...

dun worry...i've watch this counter for quite sometime..this counter has been in loss and still people goreng it..will sell at 14.5 cents as my average cost is 13.5 cents..now most counter drops so need to wait for market to recover then can sell..

There were a total of 384,060 transactions worth MYR162.97 billion, an increase of 0.8% in volume, a turnaround from the 10.9% contraction in 2013. Total transaction value increased by 7.0%. The report said the residential property dominated the sector with 64.4% of the overall market share, followed by agricultural (18.8%), commercial (9.3%), development land (5.5%) and industrial (2.1%). A total of 247,251 residential properties were sold in 2014 valued at MYR82.06 billion. NAPIC expects the property market to remain stable in the coming year given the confidence in the economic growth. (celine.fernandez@wsj.com)

0802 GMT (Dow Jones) Malaysians will continue buying property even after the 6% Goods and Services Tax goes into effect April 1, a survey shows. The iProperty.com Asia Property Market Sentiment Survey (H1)2015 polled over 17,000 respondents from Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Forty percent of respondents were from Malaysia. Sixty-two percent of first-time home buyers will look to purchase within the next six to twelve months whereas 65% of investors are looking at investing in six months to two years from now. "It is likely that property buyers will adopt a wait and see stand after the GST is implemented, for three, maybe six months, but after that the market will pick up again," said Georg Chmiel, iProperty Group's Managing Director. More than half of the respondents are looking for property priced below MYR500,000. "We will continue to have a strong market," said Chmiel. (celine.fernandez@wsj.com)
