The Disposal will increase the net assets per share of AMPROP Group by
approximately 9.7 sen per share to RM1.50 per share based on the total issued shares of
592,238,237 shares, net of treasury shares.
The Disposal will improve AMPROP Group‟s gearing ratio from 0.36 times to 0.16 times.

6.2 Earnings per share
The Disposal will result in a gain of approximately RM57.54 million for the financial year
ending 31 March 2016 which translates to earnings per share of approximately 9.7 sen per
share.

2.7 Expected Gain on the Disposal
Based on the Total Sale Consideration, the estimated gain on the Disposal is approximately
RM57.54 million after deducting the estimated expenses related to the Disposal of
RM4.72 million
