Mieco pe 9 is correct (actual pe at the price now $1.13 is pe9.79)previous years making loss but continuously making profit for last 4 quarters, nta 1.32 Eps 0.1175 but merger ??????

I wonder whether SYF has the ability to buy Mieco coz SYF doesn't have much cash, or it may end up right issue...'just my shallow thought'
