Results Preview
It is not new news that Sapura Energy is expected to incur an impairment charge in its 4QFY18 results. As such, we believe the panic in the market is overdone given the low possibility of a full impairment charge on its goodwill, as its drilling division remains cash flow positive. The EPCC job win announced yesterday has boosted YTD wins to MYR2.8bn, close to half of our FY19F orderbook replenishment assumption. We believe the stock is under-priced given indications of a gradual pickup in EPCC contract awards. Maintain BUY with slightly higher TP of MYR0.82 (from MYR0.81, 58% upside).
