Permaju share price drop is due to investment in Meridian shares lah , the price for meridian drop like no tmr to 18 cts, mean indirectly permaju already loss about 8m. When the price of meridian stabilize then permaju will rebounds back.

Today market theme education. Minda leading up 58.33% smrt up 12% sasbadi up 17% so sooner or later pelikan will follow ..... cheer!

13.8m @ 0.19 + 31.3m @ 0.16 + 30m @ 0.155 + 30m @ 0.145 = avg 105.1m @ 0.158

Total cost for Esos = 16.6 m
Total Sale at current price 0.185 = 19.44m
Total gain = 2.84 m

Within one month easy profit 2.84 m this type of business where to find hehehe.
ESOS AT 0.19 still cheap better think twin hehehe

Have to wait until EGM approved only can issue P P shares that means PP shares only will be issued after 31/3 and some more have to wait for 5 days average price to fix PP price.

If wait till permaju generate profit from business then u think still got this price meh. At that time price will be around 40 - 50 cts lah . Get in when price is still cheap dun wait till price shoot up only want to chase ... lol

This qtr made profit from investment of shares in Meridian lah . Wait for their Sabah property project to generate profit and new project gain in future.... : )

Permaju is seriously undervalue . Simple calculation :

Hardie sdn bhd = 49m (30% = 21m means 70% = 49m)

Investment in Meridian bhd = 42.5m (as at 31/12/20)

Investment in PNE PCB bhd = 25.3 m (as at 31/12/20)

Cash and bank balances = 39 m

Total shares = 670, 000, 000

Net value per shares = (49 + 42.5 + 25.3 + 39 = 155.8m) ÷ 670000000

= 155,800,000 ÷ 670, 000,000

= 0.23

Current share price 17.5 cts obviously undervalue by 30% at least

As expected Permaju won't get solar project waiting for the Sri Kembangan 1.2 b construction project. Normally after PP the share price will fly.
