Reference is made to the query received from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 23 July 2015 pertaining to the sharp rise in price and volume of the Company’s shares recently.

In accordance with Paragraph 9.11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Securities, the Company, after making due enquiry with the Board of Directors and major shareholders of the Company and to the best of their knowledge, wishes to inform that as of to-date:-

1.The Company has submitted 3 proposals to the Ministry of Home Affairs in relation to the Malaysian Passport and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions of which the discussions are still in a state of flux at this juncture. The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) in compliance with its obligations under the MMLR once the proposal(s) have been awarded to the Company. The Board of Directors wishes to highlight that the possible business prospects may or may not materialise.

2.Apart from the abovementioned, the Company is not aware of any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the trading activity; and

3.The Company is not aware of any other possible explanation to account for the trading activity.

4.The Company is in compliance with the MMLR, in particular Paragraph 9.03 of the MMLR on immediate disclosure obligations.
