（雪兰莪‧沙亚南15日讯）A&M实业（A&M,5959,主板产业组）和喜尔工业（HIL,8443,主板工业产品组）放眼今年推展逾4亿5000万令吉产业计划。

A&M实业执行董事兼喜尔工业董事经理拿督黄贵良对《星洲财经》说，A&M实业推展2亿余令吉多为有地产业，而喜尔工业今年料推出2亿余令吉综合产业，多坐落在雪州。

他今日出席两公司股东大会后说，非正式推展的AMverton Links之155单位有地房产，平均每单位叫价68万9000令吉，总发展值达1亿令吉。

“这项具有双重保安设施的房产，获得非常好的反应，首个月就售出约80间。”

他预期7月建好俱乐部并正式推展时可售罄。

在双溪毛糯AMverton Hill，A&M不久将推展198间半独立屋；其中首期66间半独立屋发展值1亿余令吉。

A&M也可能计划在年杪前策划推展另81间独立式，仍未定价，约可释放2亿9000万令吉发展值。

A&M在加厘岛坐拥约2000英亩土地，A&M将在今年末季推出250间约1亿令吉发展值服务公寓。

他说，服务公寓就建在4英亩的水上主题公园旁，约600平方呎，专门设计供度假与投资；由A&M以酒店式管理，且提供回酬保证。

至于加厘岛次阶段计划，是在未来2至3年建2000间度假主题公寓。

他说，一旦加厘岛旅游度假主题家喻户晓后，未来4至5年将在该岛800英亩地段打造新城镇计划。

他说，喜儿计划今年第三季推展280间AMverton Green公寓，发展值约1亿8000万令吉，并建108间达6000万令吉之排屋。明年则推出310间之2亿2000万22与24呎宽排屋。
