The Board of Directors of Borneo Oil Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back of up to 10% of the Issued and Paid-Up Share Capital at the forthcoming 30th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be convened.
The Company had at its Annual General Meeting held on 30 July 2013, obtained the approval from its shareholders to purchase its own shares of up to 10% of the issued and paid-up share capital. This authority for Share Buy-Back will expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming 30th AGM.
