This is not for happy ppl, or clever person or smart person. But for ppl who knows how to buy and keep a good stock. And earn div. I wonder if you buy at 1 since beginning of the year, what is the div yield? 10% or 5% if at current price. Not to mention more to be announce later on 4 th Qtr. For ppl who wanted good return contiously not one off capital gain. The richest man in every country don't become wealthy by buying low sell high. They became wealthy by keeping good shares that keep paying div year after year. As the saying goes, why kill goose that lay the Golden eggs? But sadly most did so and keep funny shares that don't pay div and keep stocks that keep on giving False hopes.

I am also a minority shareholder and also represent a group of happy minorities shareholders whom have been very happy investing in OSK and have full trust is Tan Sri Ong leadership! Just because he exercising his right to sell at lower price to Osk does not warrant or reflect the potential of PJD itself. He has his right to sell, so do you. But to curse him for exercising his right has gone beyond the limit! We all fully supported him because he protected the interest of all the companies he is controlling. He did not jeopardize the company interest. By protecting the company interest mean that all shareholders including the disgruntled shareholders all also being protected!

When PJD was trading at below one ringgit , a discount of almost rm 2 .00 to its NTA , why no one queried n got mad ? Obviously it's because went in to buy at a speculative high price n got burnt.!!! So must blame somebody instead of own self.

If Tan Sri Ong did not join the board of PJD, the share price cannot go up to where it is today, just look at the share prices for the last 10 years

But they seldom tell you that you need Perseverance to see it through. When I started buying at 60 cents till 90 cents, I noticed each time someone dressed it lower. That keep me thinking why? But my conviction and steadfast in believing the business will do well help me to hold this till now. In actual fact I been buying all the way till 2.50 and still buying as it drop lower. In actual fact in my 25 years of investing tHis is one of my best return. Even if you had identified a good winning stock, it takes guts and patient to reap the harvest. This is not a stock that make u winner if you take profit early. But the last one standing is the ultimate winner.

My target is 3 PE 15 assuming eps of 20 cents. Upside of 30%. Not many knows that their spore distributions efficiency will add on to their earning. And best of all The Edge is the first to cover this stock, no research house even notice this stock until last week. When more houses starting to cover this stock the liquidity will become more exciting! When the prices drop, the setting of the conversion price of warrant at lower level will make the warrant more attractive. Think who stand to benefit the most?
