@pantor SURIA's EPS is more sustainable (and growing) as the sole biggest port operator in SABAH. SURIA's NTA also higher allowing higher market price cap.

I am holding both HARBOUR and SURIA (with SURIA has more stakes). both definitely undervalued now

market is not that bad actually, see other counter that announced actual good QR on 27th, for example, HARBOUR

forget about the rational behind, if deep down in your heart you are disappointed right after the QR announced, and then you took time to read the fine details of the QR report to convince yourself that it is average or good. then it is not a good result. because most typical market investors just simply followed their heart telling them that it is a disappointing result, sold without need to get into the finest details

reminder, 4-5 months ago (october) this stock has been trading at only 0.80+, prior the november excellent QR

cut queue sold at open price RM0.840, determined after in deep consideration that this stock has been in low price for long enough previously, sure many want to take profit at this point. good 0.40 profit for holding this stock overnight though, bough in just right after QR announced YTD to ride the short momentum of good result

another more probable option is to list imago mall as reit

people don't see selling Imago and return money to investors as probable in short future because most company listed in bursa targeting to run businesses for long term, we retailers sure like the hit and go but management want long term business so the more realistic way to earn profit is hope for the stock price to rise accordingly to the company's actual worth

profit low because of losses at property sector. Imago Mall is generating income as it supposed to but not being reflected in EPS due to the property sector's losses

I myself bought this stock definitely intention to buy low sell high, not just for 4% dividend. of course I hope for short term return. But I don't complain if I need to wait long.

beside, nothing wrong to bought in after good QR as long as the price is still low. I did that before in this counter. took some profit when it rised significantly &, sold all right after a bad QR while the price is still acceptable with little profit left. and now reenter after a gd QR at lower price that I last sold all.

definitely a good counter here and price does move. advisable to buy and sell later if you got extra money and patience

reentered a few at 0.115 within these few days. glad to find that this stock turned syariah compliance again not long ago.

if not because of the loses they make from property sector, by just looking at their mall operating profit alone, this stock can easily maintain EPS at 0.60 above or PE around 5.

it's high NTA is another big bonus. if anyone decided to take over imago mall, special dividend can be huge.

bye bornoil at 0.025. sold at loss (average cost 0.028), stock is cheap and good but what to do majorshareholder want to sell pp even cheaper. accept my mistake here and move on to other opportunities. check out SURIA

@alexisvics PP 2 cents but buy back at 3 cents? isn't it like selling your own thing for RM2 then buy it back with RM3? not good for the company imo
