I doubt it be 30 cents. D&O will find it hard to answer to the foreign partners as to why they bought shares at 60 cts when market only feels the price is at 30cts. It does not makes sense at all. Foreign partners need to feel the company they are partnering is a company they can see progress.
Share price of D&O significantly reflect the face value of the company itself.
