Deutsche Beteiligungs AG will invest alongside its advised DBAG Fund VI in the Cleanpart Group, an engineering services provider to the semi-conductor and related industries. DBAG and DBAG Fund VI will acquire the majority of the company in a management buyout (MBO). The investment is aimed at further driving the company’s strategic development. The present managing shareholder, Dr Jörg Hohnloser, will remain a major shareholder as well as committed to the company in the role of President and Chairman of the Advisory Board.

IF the DBT was done at 35sen....then no chance for angmo to buy cheap shares from the market...perhaps share price shoot up straight to 35sen ? Read their intentions ..to buy more cheaply from the market ...

I guess a stronger group would appear and take over to expand this company ..anyway its cashflow is good

Perhaps it is better to put or transferred the shares to a stronger group with a capacity to buy up more .....or coming up with a MGO later ?

Well said Karen....One thing I do not like !3 is ..it is full of pasar malam traders ..making all sorts of noises..only a few good ones giving out good advices......yet they suffer from bombardment of the 'politicians "here.. I invested quite a lot at 18sen..and choose to be silent most of the time...

U would notice this co ( 0128) is able to generate very good cashflow n free cashflow to its balance sheet...having a very good prospect ahead .

I would say it generates quite a good Free Cash flow..after paying parts of the loans and invested rm 11m to buy some companies...

Foreign investors say Taiwan's performance index to hit 10,000 points

CME sales is kinda 2 to 3 m a month with a profit of maybe 25K ? ...I think many unlisted companies can do much better.than that ..whereas Glotec reported a loss according to our system..Anyway this is 0128 thread..no point to sensational other stocks here
