Pelbagai cara untuk memanipulasi harga saham. Dengan melakukan manipulasi harga, saham sesuatu kaunter akan tampak aktif dan kecairan tinggi. kalau baca tulisan saya sebelum ini, saya ketengahkan modus operandi pump and dump.

bagaimana cara pump and dump dibuat? berikut cara yang dipopularkan oleh pemanipulasi atau sindiket dalam bursa saham malaysia, ia boleh dilakukan individu, sekumpulan individu ataupun pakatan kumpulan tertentu dalam market participant:

1. Insider trading - dagangan dalaman
Kaedah ini, antara individu yang ditangkap ialah Repco Low. Dia telah membeli saham REPCO sendiri dan menaikkan harga saham REPCO sampai RM120 1990-an. Malah perdana menteri ke-4 ketika itu menyebut dalam surat perakuan bahawa membeli saham syarikat sendiri tidak menjadi kesalahan.

2. Insider trading dengan pihak ketiga
Pengarah syarikat atau sekutunya, membeli saham dengan pakatan dengan remisier.

Kes yang terbabit ialah fountain view dengan menggunakan 20 CDS akaun (nama sendiri, nomimees etc). Dia menaikkan harga saham secara aritificial sampai market capitalization naik hingga 2.73 billion.

3. Remiser
Since dealer atau remisier mempunyai akses kepada akaun klien yg banyak, maka mereka boleh membuat pembelian atau penjualan. Kes remisier ni banyak lah.

Kes yang berjaya dicekup:
a. Teo Chee Cheong memanipulasi harga saham 8 syarikat. Antara syarikat yang dimanipulasi oleh beliau ialah:
- MBSB
- DNEX
- HIBISCUS
- JOHAN
- SAPURA
- VELESTO
- HUAN

Modus operandi teo, dia meletakkan place order dalam kuantiti 200,000 - 500,000 unit saham pada harga berbeza pada queue belian. Bila nampak volume tinggi pada harga belian, jadi pelabur akan tergoda dan mula queue dan membeli saham tersebut. Teo kemudiannya, akan batalkan placement tersebut dan akan terus ke queue jualan utk melupuskan pegangan saham tersebut.

Proses ini memberi gambaran permintaan palsu (false demand) kononnya ada banyak orang nak beli saham tersebut. ini proses ketika terjadi, sudah tentu sebelum queue ini terjadi, sudah rancangan yang disebarkan dlm whatsapp group, telegram group bahawa ada orang besar nak beli saham tersebut.

b. Melvin Yap Han Khoon yg menggunakan akaun klien utk menjatuh saham Bright Packaging, bila jatuh dia collect saham tersebut.

c. Saham PICORP pernah dimanipulasi oleh 2 remisier RHB dgn menggunakan 17 akaun klien yang mana menyebabkan volume transaksi saham naik secara artificial

4. Sekumpulan individu yang berpakat
Ini memerlukan syndication antara beberapa orang individu untuk menaikkan atau menjatuhkan harga saham. Selalunya, operator akan mengwar-warkan harga saham tertentu akan naik sebabkan rumors tertentu. contohnya, menggunakan nama2 individu tertentu yang akan mengambilalih syarikat, jumpa telaga minyak, atau nak buat facemask ke, sarung tangan ke. Sebelum berita ini disebarkan, mereka sudah pun memasuki posisi dan mengumpul (accumulation) saham tersebut dan pakatan lain menaikkan saham tersebut sedikit demi sedikit.

Sindiket sekarang lebih mudah memanipulasi harga saham kerana ledakan social media seperti facebook group, whatsapp group, telegram.

Dalam analisa teknikal, kita kena berhati2 fictitious and false movement, indicators or signal boleh dimanipulasikan.

individu tertentu yang promote harga saham tertentu, suruh beli saham pada harga rendah, jual dekat pucuk etc.

kena tahu, mana intan, mana kaca.
