AX CEO Benyamin Ismail said the management monitors the airline’s net gearing level closely to ensure that it is constantly at a healthy and comfortable level. As at the end of 3QFY16, the airline’s total borrowings fell 22% RM1.12 billion from RM1.43 billion in 4QFY15.

"AAX’s net gearing ratio stood at 0.78 as at end 3QFY16, 13% lower against the preceding quarter as a result of lower total debt and increase in cash," he said.

All the profit is use to par down borrowing !!! 300 million + interest .. for 2016 .. still got Q4 to go !!

Q3 is holiday season RAYA, HAJI , MSIA DAY .. the average fare should be higher then Q2 of average RM 545 !! With high LOAD and higher average average price per seat i think profit is higher ?
