Don't know what exactly it means. But I think QR should still be OK. DANCO never posted a -ve QR and they just increase their dividend payout to 40% (which I don't agree with, but that's a different story)

if AA doesn't go down massively today I am pulling all my money out of Malaysian stocks. I know the market looks ahead 3/6 months but come on, there is no way the prospects look good at all for AA.

So Scientex set this target in 2018 (3 years ago) to hit 50k affordable homes by 2028 and they've already done 22k (44%) in 30% of the time they allocated to this project. Very impressive!

It's an estimate by scientists at the vaccination level needed to start breaking the chain of person to person transmission. Obviously the higher the vaccination rate, the better but 30% will start to be the turning point.
